When you make reservations by phone or e-mail, please have the following information below available to assure efficient processing of your tickets:
- What is your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of dates to attend the production?
- Are you a Patron/Season Ticket holder?
- If you are bringing guests, do they have season tickets or gift certificates?
- Do you prefer dinner theatre or theatre only?
- If dinner theatre, what is your menu choice?
- Do you have a seating preference? (View Seating Chart Here)
- What is your method of payment?
If you have a season ticket, please e-mail, call or walk-in on your "Special Days." These dates are included with your order confirmation gift packet. As an added reminder, we include these dates on your show announcement. By utilizing your "Patron Choice" and "Special Days' you are guaranteed reservations prior to the general public.
The first days of box office sales are busy ones. If you have difficulty getting through, please keep trying. The lines are often busy for a short time. Thank you for your patience. For personal service, you can walk-in and make reservations between the hours of 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at our box office.
A REMINDER: All meals and tickets MUST be paid for in advance. By mailing a check or using a credit card the day you reserve your tickets, you can avoid having your tickets cancelled. KCT reserves the right to cancel any reservation not paid for 48 hours or two days prior to the performance you are attending.
KCT does not allow cash refunds of tickets. In addition, we do not transfer tickets to other performances, issue credits or extend tickets from season to season. It is imperative that you know in advance that the performance tickets you have reserved are for the evening you can attend.
In case of inclement weather, KCT will only exchange or honor tickets to another performance if the performance is cancelled or rescheduled by the KCT Board of Directors. If it is the decision of KCT to perform the production as scheduled, and the patron does not attend the performance, KCT will not refund or exchange any unused tickets or meals. Shows and dates are subject to change due to availability or circumstances beyond our control.

GROUP BOOKINGS * KCT Welcomes your group bookings. We can reserve your group or party of twenty or more, up to twelve months in advance. Some restrictions apply.
VOLUNTEERS * KCT is a non-profit organization, which means volunteers are the backbone of our existence. We welcome anyone to join us. Whether you are interested in acting, lighting, costuming, properties, set construction, ushering, bartending, cocktailing or just want to be a part of a unique organization, contact our office at 308-234-1529.
